AustNet
Description: AustNet was developed originally as an alternative to the existing Australian IRC network oz.org (http://www.oz.org), which split of from Undernet (http://www.undernet.org); We were running Australian DALnet (http://www.dal.net) servers, however we found the latency and lag too high to keep up with when the network was at it’s peak, and because ‘geographically’ and ‘topologically’ we were just ‘too far away’. So with this in mind, we started AustNet for Australian users of Undernet, EFnet and DALnet and the rest as they say is history.

DockSide
Description: The primary focus of DockSide is on Internet Relay Chat! Their
server is available at irc.dockside.org. If you are using a chat
client like Mirc just type in /server irc.dockside.org or you can
use their new web based Java Chat Applet.
In addition to the new java chat, they now have a web based
message board with various topics of discussion.
The Oper School offers a humorous look at Irc Operators and what
they do. It also takes some of the mystique out of this invisible
world of ircops as well as describing how it all works.
The Linux section is a collection of information the webmaster
has learned while working with this fascinating operating system.

Description: The eyersee concept was formed by babbos [und] and borjo [und] in an attempt to create the ideal and perfect website for their channel. After implementing the database structure and scripting for this ideal website it became evident that with a few tweaks and tricks this engine could host all the IRC channels on any network... bringing the whole community of IRC in one common place and further extending the concept.
