1. You'll always be connected to irc. Even when you close mirc, psy will maintain your connection, so when you connect later, you'll instantly be back on the channels you left. This also lets you hold your nick (if you need that feature), or hold ops on a channel.
2. psy hides your IP even in DCC sessions. In other bncs, a direct client-client session is opened, thus revealing your IP. In psy, the connection is bounced through the shell, and your IP remains your dirty little secret ;)
3. You can link multiple psy's together. This allows you to share vhosts, and also create a small ircd, termed the 'internal' network on the bncs.

DCC exploit fix mIRC 6.1 or 6.11
Description: Fixes the DCC exploit in mIRC by using debug -i and ignoring DCCs from the person just before mIRC sees the DCC. Requires mIRC 6.1 or higher.
After loading it, if you did /ignore -wd * before, press Alt-B, go to the Control tab, switch to the Ignore list, and remove all your exceptions (with (x) next to them) and the DCC ban (with (d) next to it). This will allow normal DCCs to reach you and the script will block crashing ones.
Also opens a raw window, so you can see what mIRC and the server are saying to each other.

Nerfbendr's Triviabot
Description: Considered by many as the best trivia game available, features list is too extensive to print here but some of them include:
Players that request the next question can't use the !hint command or make any more guesses on the question they wanted skipped in order to be fair to all the 'non-quitters'! ;)
Already Asked Trivia Tracking Code can track all your trivia without any cpu hogging of the bot!
A ScrambleBot has been integrated into the Triviabot and gameplay can be either pure trivia, pure scramble, or a mix of both (Totally configurable!)

Darkbot
Description: Darkbot is a very fast and small program written in C language which connects to IRC from an Unix or Windows operating system and automatically "talks" and responds to users' questions.
Originally created by Jason Hamilton as an aid for help channels to answer repeated questions from its virtually unlimited database, it has became a very popular talking robot in a generic sense, being used all over IRC networks for different purposes and in 17 languages.
Data can be added to it and managed dynamically online or edited in its database files offline.
